If you're looking for advice or mom hacks, you're in the wrong place. I would not be able to handle what I'm going through now if it weren’t for the evolution of my faith and fellowship with Jesus. My stories will hopefully show you that your own experiences shape your own mom philosophy and have prepared you for anything you face. While each trial has the potential to paralyze you with the unknown, know that you were created to face it. You are beautifully designed to adapt, overcome and mom on!
What is Cottage Creek?
Welcome to our home.
Cottage Creek is a commemorative name given to our new home as the refuge where healing and growth find space to thrive. This home came after a season of cancer, divorce, searching, discovery, hurt, healing, faith, and fear -- all in no particular order and some occurring more frequently than others. My kids and I get to both literally and figuratively put down roots tucked between the treeline and prairie. The house is quirky and the creek doesn't always flow fully, but the same can be said for me.

In the spirit of what our little homestead means to us, I decided to name my business the same. It's the creative space and platform to share my momtras and the way I live them. This space is the opportunity to offer healing fellowship with those weathering their own season of life. Whether you're boldly marching in your walk with the Lord or desperately clinging to His garment -- same, girl. Same. Cottage Creek can be called your home, too. Welcome, mama.
